Covid-19

At the opening day, all the hotel staff underwent, by an approved microbiology laboratory, a coronavirus molecular test, which was negative for all of them.


Staff - Testing and training
1. All our staff received specific Covid-19 training to follow rules and regulations allowed by local goverment institutions.
2. All our staff submitted to temperature testing before starting service.

8. We can allow guests to carry their luggage to the rooms, if they decide it.

We would like to inform you that we follow all the rules and regulations regarding the disinfection and hygiene of our facilities and we have already received the "Health First" certification from the Greek ministry of Tourism.
Our staff after watching the training program about SARS – COV – 2 of the Medical Department of the University of Crete has been officially certified.
Europa Beach Hotel has been certified from TUV Austria Hellas following the requirements of the COVID SHIELD Certification Project.
